2. What the program is

When you ask Foreman for a call, a free audit or a demo and tick the text box, Foreman sends you text messages about that request: confirming your inquiry, setting a time, and answering questions about it. Foreman also answers texts sent to a local business that uses Foreman, on that business's behalf, about the inquiry the person started.

3. How you opt in

You opt in by ticking the unchecked box next to the text consent statement on our contact form, audit form or demo form, and giving your mobile number. The box is never ticked for you, and you can submit each form without it. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything.

The statement shown at sign-up reads: "Text me about my request. Foreman will send texts about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See SMS terms and Privacy."

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You get messages about your request, usually a few, and we stop when it is done.

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. They are set by your mobile carrier. Foreman does not charge you for texts.

6. Stop and help

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT all work. We send one confirmation that you are opted out and then no more texts. Reply START to opt back in.

7. Carriers

Supported carriers include the major US carriers. Carriers and Foreman are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

We do not share mobile numbers or text opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the privacy policy.
